We have a large pool of trained mediators who work with Resolve on a voluntary or freelance basis to provide mediation services across Berkshire & Oxfordshire. We are always looking for more mediators to train with us and join our team. Initially, newly trained mediators can take on cases as a volunteer co-mediator working alongside one of our experienced lead mediators. After gaining experience with us, they have the opportunity to progress towards becoming lead mediators themselves and be paid on a case by case basis.
